Painting with the Montgomery County Plein Air Painters
In April, 2009, I did a pastel of the famous cherry trees in Kenwood, Chevy Chase MD, on a beautiful sunny Sunday with weather in the 70's. There was a crowd there, lemonade stands, ice cream truck, and everyone was having a wonderful time. I was even interviewed by a TV crew for Tokyo television!

BARNSTORMERS TOUR
In June of 2008 I participated in the Barnstormers Tour near Thurmont, MD, as one of a group of artists painting the barns and then displaying our work at the end of the day:
